How does GDPR work with the embedded calculator?

The calculator processes no personal data. All inputs are financial figures — age, years of service, and pay. No personal data flows through the embed, enters our servers, or is stored. The tool is GDPR-compliant by design.

Can we white-label the PDF report as well as the on-screen calculator?

Yes. Your firm name, logo, and primary colour appear on every page of the PDF report, including the cover, worked calculations, and the footer disclaimer.

What happens to our embed if we cancel?

The embed deactivates at the end of your billing period. Your clients will see a neutral fallback message. You can reactivate at any time by resuming your subscription — your branding settings are retained.

Is the calculation engine kept up to date with HMRC changes?

Yes. We monitor HMRC guidance for the annual statutory weekly pay cap update and update the engine promptly. All clients are notified of any changes to the calculation logic.

Do our end clients see any Packagewise branding?
